Listening to the client is the most important element in achieving a successful landscape design.  There are many other considerations that are all part of a plan, such as the path of the sun, the soil type, the moisture in the soil, the shadows, the colors, topography and drainage, how the land will be used, the style, etc.  It is important to gather all the information before the process begins.  Each design is one of a kind.
